The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking assistance with our simple, expert, and powerful software solution. You'll handle email and phone-based tickets, leveraging our support desk system to deliver timely and effective resolutions. With a unique blend of technology and accounting expertise, you'll learn about property management, HOAs, and our top-performing accounting software, setting you up for success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Utilize our support desk system to track and manage tickets, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams
- Develop a deep understanding of our software solution, property management, and accounting concepts to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring a proactive and customer-centric approach to support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's products and services
Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on de-escalation techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ZenDesk (or similar CRM systems)
- Ability to work independently, with a strong problem-solving mindset and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with accounting and/or property management terminology, with a strong understanding of industry concepts and best practices
- Familiarity with omnichannel support environments, with a focus on delivering seamless customer experiences across multiple channels
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
