Key Responsibilities

As a home-based customer service representative and data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer service calls in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in data entry and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
