Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Customer Engagement Solutions to lead our team in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in customer engagement, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other marketing technologies
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in marketing or a related field, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics
