Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: -

Customer Engagement:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly, addressing questions, providing information about our products and services, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner. -

Issue Resolution:

Analyze customer issues to determine appropriate solutions, ensuring that all interactions meet company standards for customer service excellence. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and other departments to gather information, resolve complex issues, and improve the overall customer experience. -

Feedback Handling:

Capture customer feedback and report insights that may contribute to enhancements in service delivery and product offerings. -

Knowledge Maintenance:

Stay updated on product information, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers and maintain the company's reputation for reliability and transparency. -

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. -

Continuous Improvement:

Engage in team meetings and training to develop your skills and contribute ideas for enhancing the live chat process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need: -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred. -

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role preferred, particularly in a live chat environment. -

Availability:

Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
