Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
  • Offering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and safe sales environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for customer satisfaction and store appearance
  • Collaborating with managers and team members to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering outstanding results
  • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system
  • Following established guidelines for handling customer refunds, exchanges, and payments, ensuring a seamless and secure shopping experience
  • Developing pricing tags, promotional signage, and managing stock levels to ensure an attractive and engaging store display
  • Demonstrating and validating compliance with arenaflex's safety protocols and standard operating procedures
  • Providing assistance in other store sections as needed, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
  • Thriving in a fast-paced atmosphere, maintaining accuracy, and delivering results under pressure

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Retail Customer Advisor at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to manage cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Previous experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • The ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a high-pressure environment
  • Forklift certification may be required for certain roles, depending on the store location and job requirements
  • A clean driving record and the ability to obtain a forklift certification, if required

Physical and Sensory Requirements

As a Retail Customer Advisor, you'll be required to:

  • Exert physical force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently to transport or manipulate objects
  • Frequently use your hands and fingers to feel or manipulate objects
  • Regularly engage in physical activities such as reaching, walking, standing, or climbing
