Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our event relations and operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our event database, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of events. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain our event database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all events, vendors, and stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics, including research, procurement, and fulfillment of event-related materials and services
- Manage vendor relationships, including maintaining vendor libraries, status reports, and other internal records
- Regulate event relations financial arrangements, process p-card charges, and reconcile sales
- Coordinate event-facing activities, including supporting brand, marketing, and special mission shoots, as well as events like Hulu and Corporate Disney events, Candid, TCAs, and D23
- Assist with directing event supports for VIP talent, including coordinating experiences like dinners, Disney Parks excursions, games, and shows
- Make arrangements for participants, including supervising filler association and conceptualizing skill to welcome
- E-vite scattering and managing the RSVP list
- Labeling and seating for events
- On-the-spot backing and leadership of GA and VIP enrollment
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of work experience in event relations or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with unparalleled social skills
- Ability to be flexible, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends to support events
- Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, new talent, designs, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience with event planning software and tools
- Familiarity with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, new talent, designs, etc.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
