The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Inbound Call Center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, helping them reunite with their missing pets. With a 24/7, 365-day operation, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Reassure anxious callers who are searching for their missing pets, providing a calming and empathetic ear
- Serve as the frontline team member for our clients, helping to reunite pets with their loving owners
- Provide a positive experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations and building trust
- Collaborate with a talented team of customer service professionals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success
- Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and evenings

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills
- A quiet, dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and interruptions
- The ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check, upon hire
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues
