Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through live chat on their websites. You'll work independently, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. With our comprehensive training program, you'll be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat on clients' websites

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
  • Utilize provided common questions and answers to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Work independently, managing your time and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • 5+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
  • Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
