Job Responsibilities
As an Administrative Clerk – Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting with the processing of medical claim reviews by professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing administrative tasks to support the efficient processing of medical claims
- Conducting data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Reviewing and processing documents, including medical records and claims information
- Faxing and transmitting documents as required
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Work Schedule and Training
This is a full-time opportunity with a variety of shifts available, including:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
You will undergo comprehensive training for approximately 2-3 weeks, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. This will ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
Compensation and Benefits
As an Administrative Clerk – Data Entry Specialist, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of $16.20. arenaflex also offers a range of benefits, including:
