The WW Customer Trust Training – LXD Team We are a team of learning professionals who are passionate about creating great learning experiences for our associates and investigators. Our primary responsibility is to design and develop learning programs that support new hire, upskill, and other trainings, providing our employees with the resources they need to effectively do their job. We are a team of LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who work together to improve Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation. Key Responsibilities As a Learning Experience Designer on our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools * Managing and executing curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles * Mentoring or coaching new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes * Consulting with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem * Contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials * Employing project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently * Embedding data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience * Conducting analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and performing post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics * Collaborating effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content Essential Qualifications * 5+ years of program or project management experience * 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience * 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience * Bachelor's degree * Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications * 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience * 5+ years of driving process improvements experience * 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience * 3+ years of change management experience What We Offer * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * A competitive salary and bonus structure * The chance to work on high-impact projects that drive business results and make a meaningful difference in people's lives How to Apply If you are a motivated and experienced learning professional who is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
• 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
