Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in and baggage process, and assisting with ticketing and boarding procedures
• Ensuring seamless travel experiences by owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability
• Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their journey
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Proficiency in English
