Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work from home on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for participating in remote short studies, data entry, and feedback for our company and industry partners. No experience is required, as we provide full training through our online Zoom training program.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in remote short studies and data entry/feedback for our company and industry partners
- Complete online surveys and focus groups to provide valuable insights to businesses
- Assist in creating questions to extract information from future consumers
- Extrapolate raw data from surveys, enter data into software, and interpret results
- Provide feedback on products and services to help businesses improve their offerings
- Work independently from home, using your own computer and internet connection
- Meet with groups or join online sessions as required
- Choose your own hours and work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability
Qualifications
* High-speed internet with a good working connection
