Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and web interactions. You'll be the go-to expert for billing, insurance verification, product, and service questions, as well as technical support for navigating our online pharmacy platform. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will help you build long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

* Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions

  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
  • Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs
  • Provide technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com, ensuring customers feel confident and empowered to manage their healthcare needs
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty
  • Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to the company's Work From Home policy, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for our customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)

  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of the benefits and challenges of working from home

  • Experience with CRM software, with a proven ability to navigate and utilize technology to enhance customer experiences
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
