Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Data-Driven Insights and Strategic Decision Support

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide high-level analytical support and drive business decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Pre-and post-examination of client programs, vital tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to assist the business in making informed decisions
• Investigating the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
• Maintaining and updating required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models
• Identifying errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and providing solutions
• Proactively searching for patterns and trends in the data to identify opportunities or gaps that the business needs to address or consider
• Supporting the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to drive financial targets based on top-line to bottom-line switches with continued improvement of value chain capabilities
• Modeling business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements
• Providing ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and developing business case outlines
• Any remaining related and assigned tasks

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation
• Experience in Management Consulting or Engineering is highly desirable
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modeling
• Strong data analysis skills, including data visualization using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Financial and Loss Reporting
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong change management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL

• Experience with statistical analysis using R or a similar tool
• Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes
• Project management or support experience
