What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Data Accuracy and Integrity:

Review data for integrity and accuracy before system inputs, acting as the primary audit point for Planned Demand quantities and allocations.

Customer Support:

Resolve customer questions and issues promptly or refer them to the appropriate personnel.

System Administration:

Administer customer-required systems, including pricing, promotions, and item maintenance.

Customer-Specific Files:

Maintain customer-specific national and regional discount files within the employer and customer-based systems.

Internal Coordination:

Coordinate with internal departments on promotions and new item processes for assigned accounts.

What Is Required (Qualifications):

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Associate Degree in Business Management or a Related Field:

Or equivalent experience in a related field.

Customer-Related Experience:

3-5 years of customer-related experience and account management experience.

Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.

Good Judgment and Decision-Making Abilities:

Good judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in situations without direct supervision.

Experience in food wholesale distribution or a related industry.
