Job Summary

As an Entry Level Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of Fortune 500 companies. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails, helping them with all their needs. This is a part-time, freelance opportunity that offers flexible scheduling options, allowing you to create a work schedule that works best for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients of Fortune 500 companies through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Schedule

* Flexible work schedule options available, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you

  • Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with opportunities to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Opportunity to work up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

Earnings & Revenue

* Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour

  • Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, with opportunities for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software, with a focus on efficiency and productivity

Technology & Equipment Requirements

* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted)
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

* Quiet, uninterrupted space

  • Organized desk area

  • Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check
  • arenaflex is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico

Contractual Relationship

* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship, with you remaining an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment

  • arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex
  • When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind
