Job Overview

As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience. This role is a learning opportunity, where you'll develop your skills and competencies in customer service, account management, and relationship building. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns
  • Building customer loyalty and value through effective account management, identifying additional products, features, and services, and collecting past-due balances
  • Delivering exceptional customer service using resource documentation for reference and automated tools provided
  • Meeting department productivity and quality standards
  • Approaching each call with a "can-do" mindset and treating each customer with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help
  • Completing training requirements to learn new skills and processes, grow knowledge of systems, and develop proficiency in company values, organizational requirements, and competencies needed for the Expert role

Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously (required)
  • Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience (preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
