Job Summary

As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting arenaflex's Customer Relations and retail pharmacy stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and delighting our valuable pharmacy customers
• Collaborating with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and proficient manner
• Reviewing and processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and responding to customers via phone or written communications

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and providing solutions to meet customer needs

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction
• Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service, adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards and guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Essential Qualifications

* Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance

• Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date
• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
• Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Call Center experience, with a focus on excellence in service delivery

• Bilingual Spanish

Education

* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with earning potential up to $31.30 per hour
