As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through live chat on our website and social media platforms. You will be the face of our company, helping customers find the information they need, resolving simple problems, and processing orders successfully. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our website and social media platforms, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers

  • Answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts to help customers find the information they need
  • Process customer orders successfully, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
  • Work independently, following instructions and using your discretion to resolve customer issues
  • Utilize the Squarespace platform and other tools to manage live chat conversations and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for helping others
  • Ability to work independently, following instructions and using your discretion to resolve customer issues
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using the Squarespace platform and other tools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
