Key Responsibilities

- Work independently, following instructions and using your discretion to resolve customer issues
- Utilize the Squarespace platform and other tools to manage live chat conversations and customer interactions
- Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds

- Ability to work independently, following instructions and using your discretion to resolve customer issues
