The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a member of our Pet Reunion Support Team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their missing pets. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work collaboratively with our team to provide timely and effective solutions that meet our clients' needs.
What You'll Do
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing reassurance and support to customers who may be distressed about their missing pets
- Serving as the frontline team member to help reunite pets with their owners
- Delivering a positive experience for our customers through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborating with our team to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work during peak periods
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment is required
- High School diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Quiet designated work area at home: If working remotely, a quiet and dedicated workspace is essential
- Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check: A clean background check and drug screen are required for this role
