Key Purpose
As a German-speaking customer service and sales advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our existing and new clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers, ensuring a top-quality service experience
* Proactively addressing all queries related to our business, including product knowledge and sales
* Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls, ensuring accurate and timely processing
* Managing email queries in a timely and professional manner
* Demonstrating extensive knowledge of our product ranges, including features, benefits, and applications
* Facilitating calls from both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Personal Specification
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following competences:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry (not essential)
* Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment (not essential)
* Self-motivation, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Attention to detail, with high-level communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
* Fluency in German, both spoken and written
* Computer literacy, with proficiency in CRM systems and other software applications
* A strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Shift Options
We offer three shift options to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences:
* Shift 1: £25,000 per year, with a 5-week rotational shift schedule
+ Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15
+ Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 07:30 - 15:45
+ Week 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:15
+ Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 08:00 - 16:15
+ Week 5: Monday to Friday, 11:45 - 20:00
* Shift 2: £25,075 per year, with a 5-week rotational shift schedule
+ Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15
+ Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 07:30 - 15:45
+ Week 3: Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:15
