The Opportunity
As a Full Stack Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, concerns, and issues. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess customers' needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their home and business needs
- Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Remain current on arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Own the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- 1 or more years customer service experience
- Ability to work in a highly structured call center environment
- Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
- Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
- Ability to adapt to constant change
