Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk Admin at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service by accurately processing submissions sent electronically by our members. Your primary responsibilities will include comparing data with source documents, checking for accuracy, and ensuring that supporting documentation meets specified requirements. Key Responsibilities

* Consistently meet the established daily quota for data entry and processing

• Compare data with source documents submitted by members, checking for accuracy and ensuring that supporting documentation meets specified requirements
• Accurately document and record member information in a timely and efficient manner
• Handle personal and confidential member information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in PC operations and navigation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desire and ability to be a team player

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry and CRM software
