Responsibilities
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with interpreters over the phone
- Handling high-volume calls with a positive and efficient attitude
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
