The Role

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who need help with their orders, and you'll work closely with our drivers and dry cleaning partners to resolve any issues that arise. This is a complex role that requires a unique blend of customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with drivers and dry cleaning partners to ensure that customers receive the best possible service
  • Multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Use your own initiative to resolve complex customer issues
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Work every second weekend (rotating schedule)

Essential Qualifications:

* Minimum two years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar role in the laundry or dry cleaning industry

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Experience working in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (an asset)
