Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Working independently in a home office setting, with minimal supervision
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment
  • A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
  • Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
  • Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
  • A home office setup with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups

Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and support, you'll need:

  • A CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended
  • Internet download speed of 5Mbs down speed minimum
  • Internet upload speed of 3Mbs up speed minimum
  • Network latency of 250 MS max
  • Operating System: Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit)
  • RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
  • A home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
  • A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
