Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and working towards a solution to their concerns
- Making outbound calls to customers to resolve issues, collect payments, and offer options for payment arrangements
- Managing and reviewing customer accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and creating requests for resolution
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
- Utilizing various collection strategies to collect on past due bills
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Strong listening skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer skills, including restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven reliability and punctuality in past positions
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
