Job Summary
As an Aviation Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, acting as the face of our organization and setting the tone for a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, anticipating the needs of our customers and proactively offering services to ensure their satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments, including Line Service, Maintenance, and Avionics, to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Schedule and Work Environment
This role requires a flexible schedule, with working hours from Thursday to Monday, 1pm-9pm. You will be based in an office environment with moderate noise levels, requiring clear vision to read printed materials and computer screens to accomplish your work.
Key Responsibilities
As an Aviation Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
- Answering telephones, taking and relaying messages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner
- Documenting service requests by completing an aircraft arrival form
- Coordinating customer lodging accommodation requirements
- Ensuring rental cars are ordered, on-site, and clean prior to customer arrival
- Greeting arriving and departing customers
- Facilitating customer and vendor catering requests
- Communicating service requests to personnel in Line Service, Maintenance, and Avionics via telephone and two-way radio
- Informing customers of other services provided by arenaflex
Qualifications & Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to obtain an Airport Issued security badge
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
