Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into various databases and systems from source documents within time limits. Your attention to detail and ability to spot errors will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our data. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data into various databases and systems from source documents within time limits
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents
  • Updating existing data and retrieving data from the database as requested
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records for efficient data retrieval
  • Collaborating with team members to address any discrepancies or issues with data entry
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
  • Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus
