Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders generated by account managers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order entry and scheduling
- Verifying purchase orders over $5000 for accuracy and collaborating with account managers to resolve any discrepancies
- Documenting and arranging releases from inventory, filing tickets for completed jobs, and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing materials for return to customers, documenting Haz-Mat orders, and ordering marketing materials as needed
- Managing internal forms, including custom labels, bills of lading, job tickets, invoices, and FSI and FSC records
- Filling in for account managers and assuming their responsibilities when they're absent, including checking emails and voice mails and making relevant decisions
- Assisting the estimating department as needed and performing additional tasks and duties as required and delegated by the Director of Sales
- Working in compliance with Safe-Well policies at all times and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school graduate or general education degree (GED) and an associate's degree (two-year college or technical school) or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and thoroughly, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of production capabilities and product offerings
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation and Perks
We offer a competitive salary range of $14.00 - $18.58 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you'll enjoy:
