Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time assistance through our live chat platform. Your main objective will be to ensure that our customers receive prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries, addressing their concerns with expertise and empathy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner, providing accurate information about products and services offered
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues and troubleshooting problems, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with customers
  • Documenting customer interactions for future reference and follow-up, collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
  • Monitoring chat traffic and managing multiple conversations simultaneously, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained

Essential Qualifications
