Job Summary
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, handling customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, and maintaining adherence to defined operational standards. You will act as a first-tier support for all customer inquiries, effectively communicate and resolve each related issue, and assist with important department and company initiatives as needed.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist with Daily Call Volume: Manage and prioritize daily call volume, ensuring that customer service level requirements are met.
- Provide Accurate Resolutions: Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their issues.
- Meet Customer Needs: Ensure that customer needs are met on every interaction, whether through phone, email, written correspondence, or other channels.
- Meet Quality Assurance Requirements: Meet and exceed Quality Assurance Requirements, as well as other key performance metrics, to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in training programs, attending meetings, and contributing to departmental initiatives.
Daily Duties
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and issues through multiple systems, including phone, email, and written correspondence.
