What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you:

  • Bring your expertise and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans
  • Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
  • Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information

A Typical Day

* You'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and prioritize your tasks

  • You'll be part of a dynamic, global team of customer experience professionals, working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients and their customers
  • You'll have access to a comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role
  • You'll be supported by a dedicated team lead, who will provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to help you grow and develop in your career

What You Bring to the Role

* 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to customers

  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy, just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking
  • Computer experience, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
  • A smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in
  • A USB wired headset (recommended), or a headset that meets our technical requirements
