Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling incoming customer phone calls, updating client accounts, scheduling services for HVAC technicians, and providing top-notch support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer phone calls from current and potential customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns

  • Update client accounts and schedule services for HVAC technicians, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide technicians with well-detailed notes regarding the scheduled services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Schedule in-home services and assist with providing dispatching updates, ensuring that our customers are informed and satisfied
  • Process payments, refunds, and low-level escalations, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell specials/promotions to customers, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the HVAC industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with sales and upselling, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
