Job Summary

As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our pharmacy team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes, and maintaining the highest standards of client care. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to the pharmacy team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes

• Maintain the highest standards of client care, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful
• Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance agencies, and other stakeholders
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance processes and outcomes
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to resolve complex issues, ensuring that all cases are resolved efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician

• Pharmacy Technician Certification in the state of GA
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into electronic systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance agencies, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies

Preferred Qualifications

* Specialty pharmacy experience, with knowledge of complex medications and treatment protocols

• Experience with prescription settlement, including communication with prescribers and resolution of case status and solution guarantee issues
• Strong knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives, including data analysis and process improvement

Education

* High School diploma or equivalent, GED, or same
