Your Impact
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades
- Using creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
- Navigating between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
- Providing effective and timely resolutions for customers and delivering personalized recommendations for arenaflex's latest products and services
- Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
Your Day-to-Day
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day will be filled with opportunities to make a real impact. You'll:
- Instill confidence and loyalty in the customers you interact with through thoughtful listening and utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Resolve complex customer issues, virtually, using various tools and resources
- Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services
- Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Occasional overtime may be required
Work From Home Requirements
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- AT&T will provide all the equipment you'll need to get started (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.)
- Your workspace will need to be in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.) and you'll participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
- You'll need to be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
