Responsibilities

- Participating in paid focus groups and market research assignments, providing valuable insights and feedback on new consumer products and services
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to ensure accurate and comprehensive feedback
- Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Demonstrating a strong desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics, and being able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Having access to a fast and reliable internet connection, as well as a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, as required
- Providing unbiased feedback on products and services, in exchange for free samples from our sponsors
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Have a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Have access to a fast and reliable internet connection
- Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrate a strong desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics
- Have customer service administrator advisor experience (not required, but preferred)
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
