Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Acquisition Associate, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective engagement, product knowledge, and technical expertise. You'll work closely with our sales team and management to provide a professional experience for customers and prospects, while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and managing a high volume of customer contacts. Key Responsibilities
* Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services and identifying up-sell opportunities
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to ensure timely and informed decision-making
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and product usage
- Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers
- Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day, with a focus on outbound communication
- Collaborate with your team and management to provide a seamless and professional experience for customers and prospects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer management system (CRM) records to ensure all relevant data is captured
- Undertake sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, and renewing contracts
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacity, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quota/goals
- Prior experience in high-volume calling and a willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Ability to commute to Nashville, TN hub (or willingness to work from home)
