Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Collaborating with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
  • Ensuring accurate invoicing and timely communication with customers
  • Analyzing data and running reports to identify areas for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience, and/or demonstrated accomplishments
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, with a self-starter mentality and a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a repair coordination or customer service role, with a focus on equipment repair or maintenance
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and present data insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 per hour, with 40 hours of work per week. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Shift and Schedule

This is a day shift position, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We're committed to providing a stable and predictable work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
