Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Collaborating with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
- Ensuring accurate invoicing and timely communication with customers
- Analyzing data and running reports to identify areas for process improvement and recommending changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet or exceed service goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience, and/or demonstrated accomplishments
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, with a self-starter mentality and a willingness to take initiative
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a repair coordination or customer service role, with a focus on equipment repair or maintenance
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and present data insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
