Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent – Ticketing and Baggage Check-in Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and guiding them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process with a smile
  • Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets with accuracy and efficiency
  • Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel
  • Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts
  • Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with airline operations and ticketing systems
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with ticketing systems
