Job Summary

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through live online chats. You will be the face of our organization, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can build strong relationships with our customers, resolve issues efficiently, and promote our products and services in a professional and engaging manner.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
