Job Summary
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through live online chats. You will be the face of our organization, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Responsibilities
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
