Job Summary

As a Retail Customer Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by sharing your knowledge and skills with customers. You will use your presentation skills to act as a facilitator, helping users get set up, get trained, and get going. You will also be an excellent listener, taking the time to understand what each user hopes to achieve or learn. By adjusting your teaching style to each user's individual skill level, you will maximize their understanding and your own time.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by sharing your knowledge and skills with customers

• Use your presentation skills to act as a facilitator, helping users get set up, get trained, and get going
• Listen to customers and understand their needs and goals
• Adjust your teaching style to each user's individual skill level to maximize their understanding and your own time
• Lead scheduled sessions and interact with store customers between those sessions
• Enrich the lives of others through teaching, in the way only a Retail Customer Training Specialist can
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn

• Sell products and services to customers, helping them to achieve their goals
