Job Responsibilities:

As a Remote Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Sales Calls: Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets.
• Sales Funnels: Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication.
• Digital Marketing: Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates.
• Reporting: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.
• Scheduling: Must be a great scheduler. Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed.
• AI Integration: Embrace the integration of AI technology into our sales and marketing processes.

Compensation:
