Job Summary

As an Experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, providing support, and resolving issues. You'll be the face of our organization, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting (or a related industry)
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA)

Work Environment

* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only)

  • Your work-from-home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file
  • arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam
  • You will need to provide an internet/broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the internet, with proof of a reliable internet service provider

* Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required
