Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Director of Data Analytics to lead our data-driven initiatives, drive business growth, and inform strategic decision-making. As a key member of our Store Mechanization and Development team, you'll be responsible for developing a set of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, defining metrics, and leading the development of data pipelines and dashboards to distribute these metrics and report progress towards our objectives to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and analyze business issues within your domain, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions, drive revenue growth, and optimize operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve data quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, analysts, and data scientists.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and visualization.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools, such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with data pipeline development, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with large datasets, including data cleaning, processing, and analysis.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security.
• Certification in data science, data analytics, or a related field.
