Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all customer transactions
* Processing product orders and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Analyzing and reviewing customer requests for return authorization and credits, maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure accurate billings and shipments
* Providing technical and product information to respond to customer inquiries, and assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
* Certain Customer Care Representatives will have additional responsibilities to service our customers over social media platforms, warranty claims, and other special projects
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
* Possess strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Have reliable internet and a quiet workspace without distractions
Hiring Range:
The hiring range for this position is $13.80 USD - $17.25 USD per hour, determined and built from market pay data. In determining the specific compensation for this position, we comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
