Key Job Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
- Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach
- Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
- Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
- Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution
- Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.amazon.com, empowering them to take control of their health and wellness
- Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service

- A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in navigating complex systems and software
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Submission and passing of a pre-employment drug test, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), ensuring clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer-centric principles and practices
