Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Data Entry Specialists to join our team in the USA. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently processing customer interactions and data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of data entry tasks related to customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entered information

• Identify and escalate any data discrepancies or errors to the Data Entry Supervisor
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve data entry skills and knowledge of arenaflex systems
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex data security policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 wpm)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of data entry with precision
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
