Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues related to Medicare claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, provide empathetic support, and ensure a seamless experience. This is a 5-star service role that requires a high level of professionalism, tone, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers regarding Medicare claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other related issues
- Provide empathetic support and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
- Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to access customer information and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in call center customer service, with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
- Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset and excellent customer service skills
- Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- ALL candidates must score a minimum of 80% on the eSkills test
Preferred Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED, with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
- Healthcare industry experience, with a focus on Medicare or related services
- Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on inbound calls
- Medical background or experience working in a healthcare-related field
- Experience working with multiple systems and software applications
