Job Summary

We're seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support. This is a part-time/full-time position, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work 3-4 days a week, with the possibility of working two weekends a month.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely manner
  • Manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

  • Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Native U.S. English speaker
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience

  • Experience working in a remote team environment
  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, Slack, JIRA)
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and software applications
